Mercedes Launch: New E-Class at Central Chidlom

PICO Thailand (Organizer) asks Int2 studio (Shy Limanon x Joe Nattapol Suphawong) to do multimedia for the Mercedes-Benz event at Central Chidlom. We implement two features including interactive LED wall at the entrance and car projection (3D mapping).

My part is creating the motion graphic design map to the car with synchronize to the 5 led screen behind the car. Everything about the car’s mapping been fixed in 15 hours before the project begin. For the LED screen is animated by int2 new department head animator by Putthigarn cop orated with Aun our new crew member. The screen is took 2 weeks on process include the visual conceptual + new e-class feature (amazing car). Thank you PICO Thailand for the new experience.

MakeMeNut Screen wall

I was invited to create the visual screen wall at the party “75th FLR, party in the sky at BIYOKE SKY HOTEL” on 7th novemebr 2009. They party has also invited Joe for interactive wall and Mamafaka for blacklight paint wall.

Tiger Beer/ ART WALL at CTW

3days 3nights with 3great artist&friend, TUM&GIB&TOR and I had done one of the biggest art wall on the base of art for commercial project at tiger’s beer gallery at Central World. The project is inspired by the gen of art&music that been all over on ourlife. The left art work had done by Rukkit and production assisted by int2 studio team. The middle section was done by Spanky and production assisted by Dec’s people (silpakorn) and the right hand wall done by Tor Pakorn. This wall took 3days&3nights with a lot of beer! hur!!!!!!!! Go go tiger. Here we come again.

25sec Video Project on I’m a Thai graphic designer

25 sec video project on I’m a thai graphic designer. I use the old school animation style to create this project, what i hv done was just cut and light the shadow behind then moving as an analog animation. I think this idea is reflect the nature of thai graphic designer that always just a shadow comparing to the other job. Nobody care, no body notice  but cannot live with out it. I return back to use the technic of cutout animation with generated by computer for the out put.

5th year anniversary Cheeze magazine

I have asked to create the installation picture room and visual screen for the 5th year anniversary cheeze magazine on 9th oct. The project took me 2 days + 2nites for the production in that room. Also, in the picture room, i have worked with Joe (my partner) to created the interactive street image on the wall. The room look really good and interactive go really well. Thank you for Ed, Orwan, Pom, Jenny, Tum and Ta for the time that you spent on cut n stick……and thank you partner Joe for some great interactive as usual. On the screen, i have created the video for the event and also joging the video for the whole nite. It was ok event and you know i feel i’m old because the event is just mainly for the teen in a way. very fashion ion ion ion ion ion ion.

Experimental Drawing Lighting font for TOYOTA project

I have been asked to do something new for the web media of Toyota Motor Thailand by Dentsu Advertising.  I have propose the new media project which my partner& I think like the sue of stroke lighting that made by a car, each type of car will crete different stroke of the line to make a alphabet. The creative team of dentsu and I have created the concept for Toyota on their new website. But unluckly this project has been hold. Hurrrrrrrrr when this country will get some kinda commercial fun ? geting boring.

Ride A Life an art project inspired by bicycle

I have created and designed an artwork for the project Ridealife, check out at www.ridealife.net, an art project inspired by cicycle. The event will be exhibit at Seescape Chiangmai on 2-4 oct’09 and will return back to Bkk at Art Gorillas, Lido Siam Square on middle of Oct’09. The project is a part of Bangkok Design Festival 09 which our studio being a partner on curate an artwork for special event in the main event.

I have been approached from KMUTNB  Uni, มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าพระนครเหนือ to be a guess speaker for the project Tonkal Archeep organized the project by Thai Government. I did in the part of Digital Editorial for the word today and a part of E-Marketing. It was on 8 of Spetember 2009.

I hv created the logo My Place Your Canvas project, this project  my company int2 + art house we invite the lovely artist which are our close friend to come along with some nice artpiece size 5m X 7m long, to put on our surface building. That’s why it call my place your canvas, the project will be switching art work every month. It is a charity project so stay tune.

Sketch Key Visual for Tiger Translate Beer Park poster Execution

Well people tiger translate project is back again, so i have got a call to do the art and design consultant again from Momentum, an organizer which takecaring all thing (below the line) of tiger beer thailand. Yes, i have been asked to create the look of Keyvisual for the poster of the Beerpark that will be held on Central World. However, my sketch design is  based on the concept from Momentum which they want it to be related with the Decoration Style (which is loft& a bit retro)  of the actual TT beerpark. Finally this sketch design been approved by Tiger then now it passed on to K’Mac (smallroom) to develop, then i will move on to another project of Tiger. So, let see, what it will be on this November 2009 at CTW.

PACK UR STYLE/2007

In 2007, I did set up one little event with P’Pratarn (art4d), it’s a part of BDF07 (bangkok design festival 2007). I got a funding from OAKLEY Thailand and support by my lovely gallery ART GORILLA ART Gallery, 12nd Lido, Siam Square. K’Ann + K’Fuy supported us a lot for this event. So, I invited 3 designers all name TUM which Tum B.O.R.E.D., Tum Horriziny and Tum Spanky, to come up with the new pattern on the surface of the backpack from Sweden, names BUBLBEE. IZE (super illustrator girl) and I created one pattern inspired by AKIRA (comic) and 3 tums did show up the live painting on the canvas which made by 20 backpack. Check out.

INT2 NAME CARD

“int2 studio” is an experimental interaction and interface design studio by Shy Pongstorn Limanon and Joe Nattapol Suphawong. After two artists have been working together for many projects, they decided to open a design company under the brand “int2 studio”. This is the first version of company’s business card.

Joe&I had done the visual screen for the Edition Bangkok Festival, CTW. We also took our new junior designer for play the vj with us N’Milk.

Carabao 27th Year Anniversary

I was invited to be 1 of 27 artists who tribute the art piece for the legendary band CARABAO 27th year Anniversary. I created the poster which using the typography+concept design which can present Carabao’s perspective. Here is the concept which i have to submit to the organiser.

Concept: ธรรมดาและตรงไปตรงมา

คาราบาวเป็นวงดนตรีวงหนึ่งและวงดนตรีวงแรกๆที่สร้างผลงานเพลง ดั่งกับการผลิตบทความเชิงวิพากา์วิจารณ์ สังคม ผู้คน รัฐ  โดยที่ยึดถือความเป็นจริงเป็นที่ตั้ง 

ดังนั้นสำนวนภาษที่ใช้ในบทเพลงนั้น เป็นที่รับรู้กันว่าจะมีความตรงไปตรงมา ไม่อ้อมค้อม  เพื่อความเข้าใจของคนฟัง เพื่อเตือนสติคนฟัง เพื่อบอกกล่าวคนฟัง ซึ่งในหลายๆครั้งภาษาเหล่านั้น ทำให้เพลงหลายๆเพลงของคาราบาวโดนสั่งห้ามออกอากาศ หรืออกจำหน่าย หรือโดนแบนนั่นเอง 

 

จะว่าไปแล้วภาษาเพลงของคาราบาวที่ตรงไปตรงมาหรือภาษาที่เปรียบเปรยจนเหมือนโดนวิพากษ์วิจารย์ อย่างถึงแก่น ล้วนเป็นสิง่ที่สะท้อน สังคมและประเทศชาติในภาพรวมมาทุกยุค ทุกสมัย และเป็นเหมือนบันทึกบทความจากยุคหนึ่งไปสู่ยุคหนึ่ง ด้วยบทเพลงของคาราบาว ซึ่งคงจะไม่แปลกถ้าเราจะกล่าวว่า คาราบาวนั้นเป็นเหมือนตำนานของวงดนตรีในเมืองไทยวงหนึ่งที่บทเพลงจะมีความเป็นอมตะ ที่มีสัญลักษณ์ของการต่อสู้ของกลุ่มคนเพื่อชีวิต (กระโหลกของกระบือ) ซึ่งในความยิ่งใหญ่หรือเจ๋งเป้งนั้น วงดนตรีหลายๆวงในโลก ที่เป็นตำนาน ล้วนถูกกล่าวขาน ด้วยคำประโยคเด็ดว่า FUCKING  GRETEST  BAND  EVER หรือเมื่อเพลงที่เป็นเพลงอมตะ ก็มักจะพูดว่า FUCKING GREATEST SONG EVER  จึงไม่แปลกใจเลยว่า คำว่า FUCKING ถ้าแปลกันตรงตัวแล้วคงจะหยาบไม่น้อย แต่ในทางกลับกัน พอเราเติมคำว่า  GRETEST  เข้าไป กลับเปลี่ยนความหมาย กลายเป็นการเสริมความหมายให้ดูยิง่ใหญ่ มากกว่าเดิม  จึงมีความเห็นว่า บทเพลงของคาราบาว หรือวงดนตรีคาราบาว ในหลายๆครั้งความหมายที่สื่ออกมาอาจจะดูรุนแรง และตรงไปตรงมา ทั้งยังดุเดือด มาตลอด 27ปี โดยไม่เปลี่ยนแปลงจุดยืน  และยังช่วยกล่อมเกลาและเป็นกระจกสะท้อนภาพรวมมุมต่างๆของประเทศ  สิง่นี้ต่างหากที่ทำให้วงดนตรีวงหนึ่งที่ไร้เพลงชิงรักหักสวาท ชอบการวิพากวิจารณ์ตรงไปตรงมา กลายเป็นตำนาน ของวงการเพลงไทย โดยไม่มีใครคัดค้าน

I have created the all of the look&feel for the tiger translate event at Daneramitr Fun Park. The project had created base on the original logic or idea of art and design in the real world. As you can see, there is a lot of typography had been use in the event because it just a simple but effective for the all people then we are all understand the same things. Even who you are or who are you, that why i took the typography as a main communication design for the event as yo can see in typo town, the entrance gate, triangle tube or typo sculpture beer counter, etc…..

There are a lot of thing happened around the event, let start from the entrance gate, i have create the gate land mark that super simple but people could recognize the brand with the brand assent by winkwink typography. Once you get in you will see the site spacific Daneramitr Castle with presented by Duckunit by make the castle alive. So, Move it over you will see the Typo town which present the process of making an art&design pieces according the the progress of all designer & artist in the world. The event is surround by Typography Sculpture by B.O.R.E.D. and they came up with the Sticker Bomb to bombing around the event. On the art stage, there are 2 famous illustrators Spanky versus Nebulasunset during the band played on the main stage. The visual on the main stage is controled by Kob Pongpasskorn and stage design and concept by Shy Limanon. Plus the triangle tube installtion is collaborated work by Joe Nattapol, Powerbellmedia, Shy.

 

Finally, all the content, sequence, creative, exicution of art scense of Tiger Translate 2008-09 created and idea by Shy Limanon///Int2 Studio Co.,Ltd.

SCG Siam Cement Group at ASA 09

I have designed and created the video presentation for the product of SCG at ASA 09, Challenger Hall. The information of the video is presented interm of infomative graphic by motion graphic. There is around 10 videos and 1 piece of interactive art. For the interactive programming piece is done by my talented partner Joe Interactive Guru and partner of our comepany int2 studio co.,ltd. This project, we hv got a big team for it Gan (as my animator as always), Orwan my design assistant & my designer, Milk my newest staff (doin trainee) and Day&N’Nui for the 2&3 animator.

Tiger Translate Beer Park DEC 2008

Finally I hv time to upload my work that i hv done for Tiger Translate at Beer Park / Central World 2008. I did the visual graphic for 3 bands, Modern Dog, Apartment Khunpa and Squeeze animal. It was great fun and enjoy!!! So, cheerrrrrsssssss cannot wait for this year 2009 beer park.

Sketch Design for the Tiesto Live in BKK, Cancelled

Unfortunately this project is cancelled both the organiser, production then we couldnt get this project at the end. Actually we wanted to use our new technology LED pixel light for a 1000 pieces and LED tube which we used in TigerTranslate 2009. Hur, so far so good, anyway at least we know that we can work for the new stuff. So well let see our new project comming up this end of the year.

I had been created and redesigned for the look and feel of the website sony asia-pacific. Here are the lay out at the first draft which was done in really rush hour. However, since the project has been developed the client asked to not go from far from thier resources, well as you can see some of the elements that a bit conservative look into it. Finally, the project is not belong to us anymore because there is a timing and the need that did not match.

I was invited to do the Visual Screen for the Shade’s Party at 808 on 19th dec 2008. Here are some screen shorts.

Hamilton Showroom:Hologram Projection

I have asked to created the multimedia showroom for the Condo project from Singapore, the project names Hamiltion. I come up with the idea of projection to the hologram screen then after i hv created the space in Singapore and  the sample property image in 3d perspective  from BKK then i flew to Singapore to do the testing. It is work in a way but it might be to shining and also we have to fix the light behind the building. Let see what it will be, this is just a first testing. I kinda ok with the result. The building will be done more nicely interm of light& shadow. Will be done real soon. So now enjoy the testing then.

U-Boat name card

I have created & designed the U-Boat namecard. U-Boat is a watch brand from Italy which is just opened at Central World but before that you can find at MBK or JJ haha, i hope it popular soon. Let go and get one but i haven’t get one yet. No money la.
